An accessible “metallic” smoky-eye technique built around TIP TOE Wish Touch Eye Palette 02 Mercury Gray by Myu. The key is to start with a small amount of dark shadow close to the lashes, then deepen it gradually for controllable intensity.

Does it work?

It works as a softer, beginner-friendly smoky look rather than an extreme one. One Korean commenter said the base “looked especially smooth and well-adhered,” while another planned to copy the close-to-the-lashes application because heavier attempts had failed before. CORINGCO’s no-glue Easy Cut lashes also looked naturally flattering to commenters, including viewers accustomed to the creator’s more dramatic lashes.

Watch-outs

The finished eye is relatively restrained; one commenter wanted a stronger metallic smoky result next time. The creator also regretted adding brow mascara. Separately, VT’s Mild 31°C Skin Pack provides moderate cooling without the intense eye-stinging she experienced from the Cryo version, but its adhesion is weak and the sheets can lift while talking. KOSAS Revealer Extra Bright in Pink applies noticeably pink, so it may be unsuitable when redness correction is the goal.
