What happened

Stray Kids' Felix released a self-written solo song, "Slow It Down," for the group's SKZ-PLAYER series. Felix co-wrote it with producer Andrew Choi and composers Tido, Tomi Saario, and Vilma Lähteenmäki, and JYP Entertainment published it on the Stray Kids YouTube channel under a 2026 copyright.

Why Koreans care

Stray Kids brand themselves as a "self-producing" idol group: the sub-unit 3RACHA (the group's main rap line) already writes and produces most of their title tracks, so a vocalist like Felix getting a full writing and composing credit through the SKZ-PLAYER series is notable — it extends the "members make their own music" identity beyond the usual rap line.
