The 13th Nakdonggang Gupo Naru Festival is a regional cultural tourism festival held at the beautiful Hwamyung Ecological Park, based on the history and culture of Gupo, a key logistics hub and representative ferry of the Nakdong River. Under the slogan ‘Connect, Play, Meet! Gupo Naru,’ it will take place from October 16 to 18, offering a variety of programs such as performances, exhibitions, experiences, and food, ensuring fun for everyone, young and old. Visitors can enjoy a recreated ferry space showcasing the old Gupo Naru, as well as Gupo Noodle platters, noodle-making experiences, ecological programs, wellness activities, and the Nakdong Book Fair. Additionally, community-driven programs like the Gupo Naru Song Festival and neighborhood open busking will enhance the joy of creating the festival together with local residents. After sunset, nighttime attractions such as the Gupo Naru Night Walk and the Garden of Lights, along with the Byeolbada Busan Night Market, will allow visitors to enjoy the beautiful autumn nights by the Nakdong River.
