Hosted by the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, the International Seon Meditation Convention and Seon Meditation Festival are being held to promote public mental health, and this year marks their 3rd edition since launching in 2024. Under the theme [Seon Meditation in the Age of AI], this year’s event explores how Seon meditation can support mental well-being, while the linked festival gives the public a chance to experience a wide range of Seon meditation practices firsthand.
