*The following festival food content is from the previous year (2025), and the 2026 festival content is currently being updated.* In order to commemorate the Battle of Hansan in Tongyeong, one of the three major battles of the Imjin War, and Admiral Yi Sun-sin, the national hero who saved the country, we aim to develop into a global festival enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. By introducing various programs such as Tongyeong’s traditional cultural content and exhibitions, performances, and experiences reflecting the latest trends around the victory day of the 7th lunar month (August 14th solar month), we intend to leap forward as a representative festival of national defense, historical reenactment, and historical figures of Korea, while simultaneously being enjoyed by people from around the world.
