'Guseokguseok Culture Delivery' transforms everyday spaces into stages for art and creatively reinterprets Seogwipo's unique nature and emotions. Through a wide range of programs such as street theater, concerts, flea markets, cultural tours, and lectures, it shows that art does not have to stay in one place but can flow deeply into everyday life. This event aims to deliver innovative value through a structure where the audience is not just a consumer but an active participant, blending local identity, artistry, and technology. It is designed as a festival where families, young people, and seniors can all enjoy themselves together and share their senses and experiences in their own ways. For the people who live in Seogwipo and for those who visit, this festival offers a warm yet experimental answer to the question, 'What is culture?'
