On a mysterious night in October, very special guests travel back in time to Damyang, a town that never sleeps. Damyang National Heritage Night Journey unfolds the stories of historical and cultural figures born in Damyang, centered around Gwanbangjerim, the Gaeksari Stone Flagpole, and the Namsanri Five-Story Stone Pagoda. The site comes alive with dynamic storytelling: a traditional street play sharing the story of Seongbusa with love and laughter; a madang changgeuk that makes hearts resound with the voice of 조선’s master singer 이nalchi; a talk concert beneath the stone flagpole, accompanied by nighttime stories and piano melodies; and family games and performances featuring missions inspired by Jeon Wo-chi, who trained in magic at Damyang Yeondongsa.
