The 2026 Gijang Eopseong Festival runs October 9–11 at the lawn in front of Gijang Modern History Museum and its surrounding grounds. This cultural tourism festival features performances, readings, films, hands-on experiences, and guided tours set against the backdrop of the historic Gijang Eopseong fortress and the Modern History Museum. Major programs include Voice Music Play Bar, Book Concert, Neighborhood BEEF, Traditional Performance Art, Challenge Dance, Pungryuu Wave performances, Reading Club, and Pet Reels Video Festival. At Gijang Modern History Museum, visitors enjoy popup workshop experiences, healing sessions focused on slowness and rest, and guided Eopseong walking tours. Throughout the festival, ongoing programs feature Gijang Ackmagi Research Lab, Pet Stone Adoption Center, Voice Goods Shop, and Voice Play Zone.
