On the 3rd, SHINee's Choi Min-ho posted an apology on his account: “I'm sorry for disappointing so many people at the marathon I took part in on November 1. Everything happened because I fell short, and as someone who cares deeply about and loves sports, I'm deeply ashamed.”

If it was a rule violation, they just needed to handle it according to the rules. I haven’t run a full marathon, but speaking as someone who’s entered a few races, it felt like people were making a huge fuss over nothing. I think the people who jumped at the chance to hound him and make personal attacks are the ones who should be ashamed... Still, it’s really admirable that Choi Min-ho sincerely apologized and said he’d do better. You got this, Choi Min-ho

I’m a runner, and honestly, there are tons of people who still can’t get a single-digit 3-hour time even if you give them a push. It’s the masters division, so why is everyone acting like this? Good grief
