If he went into public service, he should've expected that. If he'd been on active duty, his fellow soldiers would've stared at him too.
Wow, they seriously had all the time in the world. That's terrifying and basically stalking, so what do you mean he should've expected it?
But since he's a celebrity, it couldn't have been just once or twice that people stared at him out of curiosity, right? If it was described as monitoring, there must've been a reason it felt that way..
