Ju Ji-hoon laughed and said, “If viewers come away feeling refreshed—if the economy’s bad, the weather’s cold, and life is tough in all sorts of ways, but I make your heart race or venting your anger at me makes you feel better—then I’m satisfied as an actor.”
He also answered confidently when asked whether he was ready to handle the flood of criticism that would come after the show’s release. “I’ve seen hundreds of thousands of comments over my 20-plus years in the entertainment industry. I’m mentally prepared,” he said, showing off his wit. “As long as you enjoy the show, feel free to let loose.”
