What happened

MAMAMOO reunited as four members to record the official fan chant for “4 Flowers,” repeatedly correcting themselves while demonstrating the unusually dense rap responses.

Why Koreans care

An 응원법 is a coordinated concert script, not simply advice on how to “cheer”: Korean idol fandoms rehearse designated names, lyrics, echoes, and shouts so the audience becomes part of the performance. That is why the members distinguish lines fans must answer from solo lines they must leave untouched. For these commenters, however, the greater event is the return of a four-member chant video after a long absence; seeing all four laughing together functions as visible reassurance of group continuity.

What the words mean

“맘무는 닭살 돋아서 싱글벙글 하지만 무무들은 펑펑 우는 영상” is not criticism that the members are “cringeworthy.” Here 닭살 돋다 means they look bashfully thrilled by sentimental lines, while fans are “sobbing”; the contrast affectionately says the reunion feels much heavier to MooMoos than the members’ playful delivery suggests. “세상 크게” is also playful intensification—“as loudly as humanly possible”—not a literal reference to “the world.”
