In the Korean comments

The most specific comment is about pairings. In translation, it reads: "Even though the roommates have changed, the root chemistry is still the Woni-May combination." The commenter uses 룸메 (rumme, roommate) and appears to be describing a change in who is paired with whom. The comment doesn't say where the change happened, so that context stays outside this page. What it does show is that this commenter treats Woni and May as a set, and treats that set as the constant. Other comments are specific about May. One commenter says May's looks at a Seoul National University festival "make no sense" (in translation), so they are pointing at a separate appearance, not just this clip. Another says Woni's waist line is already well known, "but little May is also crazy." The word "little" translates 쪼맹 (jjomaeng, a small, kid-sized person), attached to her name as 쪼맹메이 (jjomaeng-May). One commenter writes to May directly: "May, become an adult late, and grow up only pretty and healthy" (translation). One comment coins its own labels: "핫걸 파이리와 미지근걸 메이" (hatgeol Pairi wa mijigeungeol Mei, "hot girl Charmander and lukewarm girl May"). 파이리 (Pairi) is the Korean name of the Pokémon Charmander. The comment doesn't say who 파이리 (Pairi, Korean name for Charmander) refers to or why May is "lukewarm," so treat it as the commenter's private joke.

What the words mean

"미쳤다" (micheotda) literally means "went crazy." In these comments it is exaggerated, affectionate praise for how someone looks, as in "메이 미쳤 미모다" (May's looks are insane). It is a compliment, not an insult. "근본 케미" (geunbon kemi) is a less obvious one. 근본 (geunbon, root or foundation; essential core) literally means "root" or "foundation." Here it means the original, true chemistry, the pairing the commenter sees as the real one underneath any changes. The register is casual fan talk. "ㄷㄷ" (deodeo) is typed shorthand for shaking or trembling. It stands in for awe and appears after the compliments.
