The most specific comment is a two-part description: "얼굴은 냉미녀 행동은 아가 ㅎㅎㅎ" (in translation: "Face of a cold beauty, behavior of a baby, hehe"). The commenter sets a cool-looking face against childlike behavior and doesn't name anyone. Several other comments are about Iroha by name. One calls her "귀요미 따봉로하" (gwiyomi ttabong Roha, cutie thumbs-up Roha) and thanks her, and another says her eyes are pretty. Two comments say something different from "cute". One asks, in translation, why Moka isn't here. Another says, in translation, that Iroha has joined "this trend". Neither comment says what the trend is.

What the words mean

냉미녀 (naengmineo) is literally "cold beautiful woman." It describes a beauty whose look is cool, sharp or aloof, and it is a compliment about appearance, not about temperament. The comment's point is the contrast with 아가 (aga), which literally means "baby" and is an affectionate, teasing word for someone acting cute or childlike. 따봉 (ttabong) is casual slang for a thumbs-up. In "따봉로하" (ttabong roha, thumbs-up nickname for Roha) it is attached to the shortened name 로하 (Roha, from Iroha) as a nickname. The comment is affectionate, and it is playful rather than formal.
