Several commenters play on the word 힐러 (hilleo, "healer") — the Overwatch support class Kazuha isn't playing well — to say she's the real healer in the room just by being on screen. What the words mean

The title, 혼자 다른 게임하는 카즈하 (honja dareun gemhaneun Kazuha), literally reads "Kazuha playing a different game by herself." She isn't actually in a separate match — the phrase is an exaggerated, joking way of saying she's completely out of sync with her teammates' coordinated play, as if she were mentally somewhere else. It's a casual, affectionate tease, not a literal claim.
