Various takes going around Twitter lately about K-pop without NewJeans

HYBE being disgusting aside, what exactly were the completely unrelated Big 3 agencies supposed to do when NewJeans fell apart? Were they supposed to blindly side with idols in a legal battle with their own agency despite having nothing to do with it? And even after what happened to NewJeans, aespa had three hits in a row just fine, so why is aespa suddenly getting dragged into this? That goes for HYBE too—leave the other idols out of it and fight among yourselves.

I do miss them, but at this point I guess there’s nothing to be done about them getting called all sorts of things 😭 Still, when Attention, Hype Boy, and Cookie made it three straight and Ditto was riding high, it really was fun...

They benefited the most from the spillover, and now they’re coming out with this K-pop know-nothing take lol
