It has been confirmed that the NDA for fans attending TXT’s comeback showcase includes a clause requiring them to pay a ₩100 million contractual penalty, separate from any damages, if they breach it.
It also specifically says they will not dispute the amount of the penalty.

It is kind of funny that the company that said contracts aren’t a joke is now saying this is just a clause meant to scare people.
I once won tickets to a show that hadn’t aired yet and had to sign an NDA too, since it was a competition show where they picked a winner. But is a ₩100 million damages clause common too? I signed without reading it, so ₩100 million is pretty shocking.
Looking at the comments, ₩100 million is apparently the lowest rate lol. Just don’t leak anything. The actual fans see it as obvious, while outsiders are the ones throwing a fit.
