A flat floor is partly unavoidable, but
This AKMU concert had a flat floor, and the problem seems to be that they set the stage way too low
Looking at the front, the stage seems almost level with the audience

If you can't give people a decent view, you need to make up for it with screens, but they couldn't even do that. People just wasted their time and money. Locals in Gangwon Province must've been really excited too... Even floor seating can have bad sightlines, but standing is just pure despair. I'd rather sit in the very top row of the second floor
The front rows had sightline issues at the Seoul concert too, so I wondered what they'd do for the regional concerts, but they just went ahead with it;; Who cares if the stage production is good when you can't even see it 😭😭
I've been to a couple of concerts where they installed risers in the back even though the floor was flat. I guess concerts like this don't give a single thought to the audience and are just trying to save money. At the very least, they could've raised the stage like other fans said
