[Exclusive] EXO-CBX didn't get their earnings, then even became debt guarantors
The agency that failed to pay EXO-CBX their earnings also had the singers jointly guarantee its investment funds. It was confirmed on the 8th that INB100, headed by Cha Ga-won and formerly home to EXO members Chen, Byun Baek-hyun, and Xiumin—collectively known as EXO-CBX—had the artists jointly guarantee outside investment funds it received in 2024 as advance investments.
Advance investment funding is money received upfront for things like concerts and album production. A joint guarantee means that if the party originally responsible for repayment fails to meet its obligations, the guarantor can also be held liable under the contract.

Didn't they release statements 3 or 4 times saying SM paid them everything but just wouldn't give them printed copies of the settlement statements? Lolllll, but here they even guaranteed the debt. Guess they really are like family.
The more I see, didn't SM show them all the settlement records to try to keep them when this first blew up??? It really seems like SM did everything it could and then some... Even while they're out here signing joint guarantees, SM still said it would keep the group together with them included.
This is honestly baffling. How good of a talker do you have to be to make them lose all judgment and guarantee a debt? They left over their earnings, so what kind of vision did they see that made them this blindly committed to a supposedly mutually beneficial relationship?
