ATEEZ log logbook #232

What happened

At a July 29, 2026 event at Tower Records Shibuya, ATEEZ hold a talk and autograph session. Mingi says he cannot speak Japanese, then free-talks about Japanese ATINY’s distinctive reactions and calls them cute.

In the Korean comments

One Korean-language comment extends the video’s opening “Maltese” caption into a breed joke: whenever Yeo Sang appears, the camera becomes a “pet cam” because he charges toward it like “a cute Maltese—no, a Doberman.” The opening extreme close-up is the setup to watch for.

What the words mean

“천년돌해라” (cheonnyeondolhaera, “be idols for a thousand years”) is not a literal prediction. Here it is an affectionate, deliberately impossible wish that ATEEZ remain active for an extraordinarily long time—casual fandom hyperbole prompted by all eight members’ behavior at a fan signing nine years into their career.
