Lol, I was scrolling down thinking, “Their eyes look totally unhinged,” and then I got to “Apparently there was no budget, so the public officials made them themselves”... Are they at least getting overtime pay? If there’s no budget, couldn’t they have just shone lights on the flowers? Did they really need to go this far..
Is that true? ...Oh my god, I looked it up and it really is. They even spent a whole year growing the chrysanthemums.
Public officials made these...? 😭😭 I feel so bad for them.... They should’ve given them a decent budget 😭 They must’ve worked so hard.
