Even if they were going for a cute “bad at dressing herself” concept, I don't like it. If it were her own clothes, honestly, I'd just shrug it off, but they're professionals. If it was a concept, it was really bad, and if they dressed her like that because they thought it was cute... I wonder how they ever became professionals.
